Update the Functionality of your Eurorack Modular

The [KRM-100] MIDI-CV-Arpeggiator module updates your Eurorack modular with an arpeggiator, mini sequencer, additional LFO, portamento, multi-trigger, aux CV source, and other functions that modern electronic music producers expect.

Use the mini sequencer to program your own arpeggiator pattern, or select one of the 7 built-in ones. Modulate the pitch or aux CV with with the built-in LFO (9 different waveforms). The arpeggiator, mini sequencer, and LFO can be synced via MIDI.

For fine performance control, map MIDI velocity or pressure to the aux CV value, or the LFO modulation channel. In addition, there are two types of portamento (constant rate, and constant time), to match your playing style.

See the status of all functions at a glance, on the bright LCD display. The speed of the arpeggiator and LFO are also shown graphically in an animated loop.

Break Out

Break out of your modular, to other analog gear. In addition to the Eurorack standard (1 V/oct, V-trig), the [KRM-100] supports Hz/volt, 1.2 V/oct, and 0.32 V/oct (for EMS) pitch standards. Gates can be configured as S-Trig or V-Trig, with a low (5 volt) or high voltage (12 volt) gate.

Don't forget about your MIDI synths! The arpeggiator output is also echoed on the MIDI out jack. That's right, you can chain the arpeggiator to other MIDI devices, at the same time you are driving your modular via CV and gate. Note velocity, pitch bend, and mod wheel messages can be sent as well.

MIDI Control, And Then Some

The [KRM-100] has an extensive list of real-time performance controls (20 in total). Now you can use all of those buttons and knobs on your MIDI controller, to get the most out of your modular. You don't need to go into a menu to change the LFO wave shape (or most other parameters). Simply turn a MIDI knob on your controller, while you are playing!

In addition, there are 42 configuration parameters that allow you to tailor the MIDI messages between the [KRM-100] and your MIDI keyboard or other devices.

Custom Tuning Table for Fine-Tuning, or Microtonal Scales

Do you have a DIY VCO that doesn't conform to the standard V/octave or Hz/volt tuning systems? Do you want to experiment with microtonal scales?

In addition to the standard tuning curves, the [KRM-100] has a dedicated custom tuning table. Each semitone in this table can be fine-tuned to match your VCO response, or to create any arbitrary scale.

The custom tuning table can be toggled on and off, to quickly switch between standard and custom tuning.

The [KRM-100] MIDI-CV-Arpeggiator module comes with a 90 day replacement or refund warranty valid only for original parts and workmanship, and does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse. The warranty period starts at the product delivery date.
